Gender Discrimination

                                     GENDER DISCRIMINATION

Gender discrimination is the unfair treatment of individuals based on their gender. It is a real and persistent problem in our society. This can happen in workplaces, schools, and other public areas. It can take many forms, such as unequal pay, denial of opportunities, or sexual harassment. This can happen when women are paid less than men for doing the same job, or when people are treated differently based on their gender. Stereotypes about how women and men, girls and boys should be, start from their childhood and follow them to adulthood. Thus, it does not affect just one but all. Gender discrimination has a

negative impact on both men and women, and it needs to be tackled headlong. While it may not be as overt as it once was, it still exists in subtle ways. We need to continue to work towards equality for all, so that all have the same opportunities regardless of their gender. Only then can we truly create a fair and just society for all. We hope that by raising awareness of this issue, we can bring about real change and make the world a more fair and just place for everyone.
